For the last one-decade, they have been one of the topmost exponents of Indian light & popular music but always had the specialisation in the field of GEET & GHAZALS. The wonderful range of songs with the touch of silken melodious voice & professional artistry has a captivating charm that has kept the fans of Indian popular music enchanted for such a long time. 

Anuradha often termed as 'Nightingale' in the music circle has literally grown in the cradle of music. Her mother, Late. Smt. Anjali Banerjee was a renowned Bhajan & Thumri singer of her time. Anuradha was brought up in traditional musical environment, where the style & Gayaki is the keyword. She was trained by Smt. Mandira Lahiri of the Chinmoy Lahiri Gharana & then by Sri Goutam Roy, of Kirana Gharana. Later, she specialised herself in the field of GEET & GHAZALS. Her training in professionalism was given by Kush.

Kush with his thorough knowledge of modern orchestration has given a new dimension to the songs he presents. His catchy rhythms & soulful music are a treat always thoroughly enjoyable. 

As a result, his presentations are a distinctive & delightful blend of traditional & modern. He started his training under BABA RAMPRASAD, father of eminent music director PYARELAL. In early 80's he was under Sri Gautam Roy & then Ustad Rashid Khan.

Kush-Anuradha Duo started their career in late 80's by performing live shows in different occasions, which they still enjoy most performing. With a dream to be successful music Director, Kush landed in Mumbai along with his wife Anuradha. In that struggling period Kush composed and recorded eight songs for a video film 'Anokha Sawal'. Then they were invited to perform in the Middle East. There was no looking back since then. Kush-Anuradha have also performed in Oman, Canada, Singapore & East Africa. In India, they have travelled extensively & entertained connoisseurs of Music. 

Versatality is their hallmark. Their vast repertoire comprises from traditional classical such as Geet and Ghazals to modern and contemporary Music such as Hindi Pop and ever popular Film Music. 

Currently, they are looking out to perform in live shows and awaiting a good break to compose music for T.V.serials / Hindi feature films / Adv. Jingles etc. 'KUSH & ANURADHA' ....together occupies an unrivaled position as 'THE SENSATIONAL DUO'. There are few to equal them.
